Carla works with the consumer products, financial services, and industrial practice groups at Boyden Lima.

Prior to joining Boyden she worked at other well-known executive search firms, starting in research and becoming a consultant. She executed searches and specialized research for corporate clients from the telecommunications, technology, energy, consumer goods, banking, fishing and financial services industries.  

She holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Universidad de Lima. She has specialized in the search and selection of executive talent for top and middle management levels. Mrs. Woolcott began her career in 1996 at Korn/Ferry International Peru, where she was Researcher, Research Associate and Head of Research. Later on she became Consultant at A.T. Kearney Inc. Then at Amrop-Hever she was principal and consultant, where she executed searches and specialized research for corporate clients from the telecommunications, technology, energy, consumer goods, banking, fishing and financial services industries. Mrs. Woolcott is Manager of Boyden Peru’s office since May 2003.
